THIS IS A RENT STABILIZED APARTMENT. A STEAL. A DREAM. Working for international company, traveling abroad. Looking to have a lease takeover. I love this apartment! I have been here for 19 years. It is near grand central, the E, M and 6 line. Close to the east side for great walks along the river. I have access to the roof where I go and do yoga and meditate every morning (weather permitting) The apartment has EVERYTHING including a fully functional kitchen, a great big desk, king size bed, dresser and top of the line pull out bed (not the ikea kind, a real pull out bed!) Hallways were just redone. I love my doormen. I love the location. Laundry downstairs in basement. Very clean basement. There's not much I don't love here. :) Here´s the thing, I am moving permanently to Panama. I can turn over the lease, but the landlord requires the usual paperwork, APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS EACH APPLICANT/GUARANTOR must submit the following: 1. Fully completed and signed BLDG APPLICATION Application must include bank account numbers, social security number, and completed tenant inspection portion of the application. 2. Non-refundable APPLICATION FEE of $20.00 PER APPLICANT and PER GUARANTOR via credit card, cash, check, or money order. 3. Clean copy of government issued photo id (passport, driver’s license). 4. PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT consisting of the following: EMPLOYMENT LETTER on business stationery stating job title, salary, length of employment and eligibility for, and amount of, any bonuses (Note on proof of employment: If your employer uses an automated verification system (such as "The Work Number") you must obtain the receipt from this service yourself and provide it to BLDG. Such services may impose an additional fee.). Two most recent PAYSTUBS. 5. First two pages of the most recent Federal Tax Return. 6. BANK STATEMENTS from your checking and savings or asset accounts. 7. If you are self-employed, we require income verification: First two pages of the most recent Federal Tax Return. LETTER FROM YOUR CPA verifying your employment and your income. I will be in NY October 25th specifically to deal with this - target date Nov 5th for move-out-move you in, but you have to be approved first.
