Looking for someone to take over my lease at gateway at Denton !! The lease ends August 2019 . I was hoping to be out of the apartment by July . Or whenever you need it ! The apartment is located in Denton and is 3 bedrooms but my lease is only for one bedroom and one bath . It is fully furnished and it comes with a covered parking spot . Comes with access to the 24/7 gym and pool as well . It is probably one of the best apartments in Denton . Comes with washer and dryer and easy access to busses and the Denton square . All of my roommates will be moving out so if you had a friend that needs an apartment , you can do a roommate request once your lease is signed .
