What do you love about this place? - Much of my furniture, plants, etc. will be for sale to leave the place furnished - Brand new amenities in a brand new building - Rooftop pool with views of Manhattan (Freedom Tower) and Downtown Brooklyn - Private deck with garden - Grill deck - Lots of natural sunlight - Quiet neighbors (and thick walls, you can't hear anything!) - Walking distance from Gowanus hotspots like Pig Beach, Lavender Lake Bar, Public Record, Royal Palms, Union Hall, and much more - 5 minute walk to Whole Foods, 15 minute walk to Trader Joe's What isn't so great about this place? Nothing! I'd stay for years if I weren't moving to another city.
