Entire place in Golden Valley, MN

Why are you looking for a renter? We are subleasing our one bedroom alcove (unfurnished) on the 5th floor at Hello Apartments (9201 Golden Valley Rd, Golden Valley, MN 55427). Move in is available beginning 12/18/2019 and the lease goes through 8/31/2020 (we will cover the remainder of December rent). My roommate and I have loved living at Hello Apartments, the staff and other tenants have been very friendly and the amenities are high quality. However, we have recently experienced some personal life changes that impact our living situation, which is why we're looking to sublease our apartment. What do you love about this place? Everyone is extremely friendly and the amenities are great. What isn't so great about this place? Outdoor parking isn't great in the winter, but they have heated underground parking.
