Why are you looking for a renter? Due to financial and health reasons I would not be able to attend college in person this school year. I had signed a lease at the Cottages of tempe for a 4 bed 4 bath (each bathroom is attached separately to everyone's bathroom) and am looking for someone to take over my spot. I am including first months rent for free and you will be grandfathered into the plan I had signed which is the early bird monthly rent of 810$ which is significantly cheaper than prices right now. Covered parking is there for a small cost but free parking for uncovered spots! Has a resort styled pool and a great gym and recreational area. Contact me at 480-414-3900 for more information!
