Private room in Old East Dallas, TX

Looking for someone to TAKEOVER the remainder of my lease. LEASE ENDS MARCH 2018. You will go through the normal approval process of the complex and then get signed onto my lease, and sign me off the lease releasing me of any liability to the place. You will have a roommate. Apartment is in near perfect condition. You will get the master room. Bedroom is 12'6 x 13'4 with private bathroom with 2 sinks, standup shower AND separate tub, and walk in closet. Not furnished - taking my furniture with me. Complex has a nice leasing center, rentable clubhouse, huge pool with 4 grills, fire pit, hammocks and chairs, and a fitness center and weight room. AWESOME location. $5 uber ride to pretty much anywhere in Dallas that you would want to go. Rent is $850 which includes pest, valet trash during the week and admin. Added monthly costs are water (added with rent and usually around $20 pp), electricity, at&t (U-Verse & Internet), and renters insurance. With everything together, it is typically around $995 a month and no more than $1000.00 a month. Bills are all currently in my name, but I am happy to transfer them all to you or my current roommate staying so that you don't have any interim period and won't be without anything.
