Entire place in Manhattan, NY

Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking for someone to takeover my lease since I will be moving out of New York due to visa issues. What do you love about this place? The building has 24-hour concierge and doormen, valet and package rooms and, of course, on-site attended parking with direct access to the building. There is a large roof-top health club with spectacular views, a pool, exercise rooms, steam and sauna, sun decks and many other amenities. What isn't so great about this place? The security can be a bit tough about letting people such as delivery men etc who do not have proper identification.
