Why are you looking for a renter? I do not have time to enjoy all the amenities due to course load and internship. I also need to find a place that is quieter. Great place for those who want to socialize or be around many parties or events.Rent is 1800 for one person or 895 if two people split the room. The other room is occupied by one male student who attends USC. I do have one female person interested in splitting the cost and room with another if interested please message me.All utilities, laundry in unit and cable included.Also 24 hr coffee bar free for residents in the main lobby.I am willing to pay for your rent for two months if you take over my lease. I already got a place and this place is something I rarely use. What do you love about this place? The Lorenzo has a shuttle that runs from the apartments to the USC campus every 15 minutes. They have an awesome gym, multiple swimming pools, cardio equipment, rock wall, Central kitchen restaurant on the ground and within the community. They will deliver the food right to your door if you can't make the walk.The Lorenzo has many free food events on Tuesdays and Thursdays which I am unable to attend due to class.MUST BE A USC, UCLA, LMU, FIDM OR COLLEGE STUDENT!!!!! What isn’t so great about this place? I need to be closer to my internship and the drive from school to the Lorenzo then to my internship is too time-consuming.I am so busy with class and internship that I never really unpacked many items so please excuse the clutter you may see in some of the pictures.
