Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking to have my lease taken over at lark bellingham. I move out the end of March, as I am transferring schools. You will be able to move in April 1. The rent is 780, I have a discounted price. This price is around 40-60 dollars cheaper than usual. There is no deposit you would have to pay on move in day. It is a 3 bedroom, but currently only one other person lives there. The place is fully furnished, with a full size bed, desk, chair, and drawer in the bedroom. There is also a coffee table, dinner table, chairs and a flat screen tv in the kitchen. The kitchen has full appliances, including a dishwasher. Internet, cable and water are all included. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment as well. There is parking on site, and Lark has a free shuttle to WWU every 20 minutes or so.
