Why are you looking for a renter? I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I am relocating for work. What do you love about this place? It is conveniently locating between the east village and gramercy. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the 1st Avenue L stop. The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom flex with 2 large bedroom rooms that can comfortably fit a queen/king and even has an space for a home office. Large galley kitchen, walk in closet, elevators, etc. Truly a great layout! Not to mention the beautiful views of the manhattan skyline. What isn’t so great about this place? So far I have no complaints! What are the cost? Rent is $3540/month + $50/month for AC (electricity, water, gas included) . Depending on current offerings you may need pay deposit, which is refundable by the landlord at the end of your lease up to $3450 (I did not have to pay a security deposit but is up to management ). Ideal move-in would be Oct 6th but can be flexible if you need to come in earlier or later. I will cover any application fees. Please reach out with any questions or to schedule a showing!
