It comes fully furnished, it's close by UCCS. It is relatively cheap to rent and has amenities to match. Roommates are nice and if you don't like them it's trivial to move to another unit in the same apartment complex. Maintenance is quick about solving problems and won't charge you if things break. What isn't so great about this place? The bathrooms are in the same room as the bedroom (hotel style). It is awkward when you have guests whom need to relieve themselves. But when you're alone it's fine. The natural airflow isn't great. But there are windows that make this better.
