Private room in Midtown, NY

Hi! My roommate is getting her own place and our lease is up on June 30th. I'm looking for a female roommate starting July 1 (as early as mid-June if needed). We have a large 1 bedroom apartment and you would be staying in the converted bedroom, which has a full wall. This is a high-rise luxury building with a 24/7-hour concierge, gym, pool, laundry facility, garage, and a massive rooftop sundeck with a 360 degree panoramic view of the city. My apartment is located on the 22nd floor and comes with a beautiful view of the Empire State Building and Manhattan skyline. A little bit about me: I'm in my early 30s, female, and a New York native. I work full-time at a financial services firm in Midtown East, but I'm not a banker, so my hours are fairly regular, Monday-Friday. I'm a clean, respectful, drama free and easy to get along with person. A reasonably clean apartment, especially the bathroom and kitchen, is very important to me. As for eating, I like to do a mix of cooking and eating out. I also enjoy going out with friends for food and drinks, but I don’t bring the party home!
