9 month sublease in downtown Cleveland...The complex is called the Luckman (formerly the Sphere) and the lease runs through May****. The room itself was renovated just before I moved in. Place is in great condition. Reason for leaving is job related (need to be out ASAP) Utilities: dishwasher, AC, microwave. Amenities: rooftop pool, gym, patio, pool table, laundry. Rent is $900 and if you need parking it is $150. There is a $75 application fee (I can maybe help with that) that will need to be paid for as well as a $500 security deposit.
