Private room in Boone, NC

Why are you looking for a renter? My lease ends in the middle of July but I will be leaving Boone in early May. What do you love about this place? There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The room itself also has a walk in closet and more storage space in the bathroom. In the club house, we have a weight room, a ping pong and pool table, an outdoor pool, and beach volleyball court. It is also in a part of Boone that doesn't have a lot of traffic but is very close to restaurants and the grocery store. It is not furnished so you will need to bring a bed, furniture, towels, etc. We do have a fridge and freezer provided.
