Apt unit is located on the 2nd floor, this 11x13 (143 sq ft) master bedroom includes a large closet with balcony access. Additional storage space available in the hallway. Unfurnished for now but if you need a bed (full size?), we can work something out. Microwave, toaster-oven, dishes-utensils, few pots-pans to use. No science projects in the refrigerator freezer which is shared. * Full size bath is shared and maintained by me. The apartment complex features: * One parking stall available (I have the other). * Two laundry facilities featuring HE washers and standard dryers. * Swimming pool, barbecue area, community room and a community garden area. * Small fitness-workout complex and a billiard room. *The grounds are maintained on a weekly schedule.
