Private room in East Williamsburg, NY

Hello! We just finished renovations in our loft and are looking for a third roommate! The kitchen and all the rooms are all brand new! The room is private and a great size - plus a window! The rent is $950 + utilities ( about $50-60 /month). We are all in our mid 20s and spend most of the weekdays working in the city ( advertising and fashion).
