Room is furnished with table, bed and closet. House has high speed GigaBit internet. Great Wifi throughout with 3 wireless access points, and an ethernet port in each room. Tankless water heater so you'll never run out of hot water. The house has a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, split into 2 floors, each with its own kitchen, laundry, and entrance. The walls are stuffed with insulation but they're not completely soundproof, so you may hear noises from other parts of the house sometimes. We are a quiet and respectful house that values peaceful and friendly relations. Deposit is a month's rent. Background check required.
