My roommate, Danielle, and I will be renewing our lease on January 31st and are seeking a third roommate for the third bedroom. It's a spacious room at Waterside Plaza and includes great amenities such as 24/7 door man, laundry room, on site cafe, a grocery store, and more! Our apartment is on the 23rd floor and the room available has a beautiful view of the Freedom Tower (The bathroom is shared). The rent is 1,350 utilities not included.
