Hello, I´m subletting my room in the Galaxy Towers, Guttenberg, NJ for now on till the end of December. There is maybe the possibility extend afterwards. I have two very nice roommates in their late 20´s, early 30´s. The room is about 13 x 22 feet, furnished and the sublet rent is 977$ per month (included all utilities + wifi, amenities + spa facilities) The security deposit is 1 month. Bus stop is right in front of the building. The bus to midtown Manhattan takes about 20 min. It´s a very safe and nice area directly located at the Hudson River.
