Private room in Tracy, CA

Fully furnished room for rent in Tracy, Ca with full bathroom next to room. Room is downstairs, all other bedrooms are upstairs. I'm a single Mom of four kids in a nice neighborhood by the sports complex with a pool. Kids live with me full time and are with their dad every other weekend. I work full time, but have a nanny at the house all day with my youngest and after the kids are home from school. I keep a very clean home and welcome friends over often. Tenant will have access to kitchen, wifi, cable, washer and dryer and all utilities included. I am looking for a woman preferably and not opposed to kids.
