Why are you looking for a renter? I will not be returning to RIT or Rochester in the 2020-2021 year and would like someone who will be there to have a place to live. What do you love about this place? The amenities, specifically the gym in the Park Point clubhouse and the washer/ dryer in the apartment, are great and extremely convenient. What isn't so great about this place? The vertical blinds on the sliding door in the living room can sometimes fall out.
