Looking for a new roommate for our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment includes a large kitchen where we cook often, a bright living room for playing games and socializing, a bathroom, and a back porch with sunset view. Hardwood floors, extensive kitchen supplies available for sharing, and free in-building laundry. We are two men in our late 20s who love running, cooking, board games and books. We are very clean and are looking for a tidy roommate. Open to either gender and a shared interest in any of the above is preferred! Open to short-term stays. Lease is month-to-month. Security deposit is $1,430.
