*** Please note that this is not a typical No-Private-Bath room share -- there is a spacious ½ bathroom on ground floor with sink and toilet -- you only need to share a shower in a full bathroom on 2nd floor with one roommate. *** Once the rooms are rented out, there will only be a total of 3 people living in the house. 2 private furnished rooms available in a 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom two story house, located in South Livermore in the Cornerstone community. Close to Las Positas College, LLNL, 580 Freeway, downtown, & shopping centers. The location is perfect. I am a 24 year old male software engineer working in San Ramon. I just moved here from San Francisco to shorten my work commute. I am looking for 2 roommates preferably full-time students or working professionals - no smoking, no drugs, no alcohol (occasional/social/light drinking acceptable), no pets, and no overnight guests (occasional overnight guests fine with consent). About the room: * Approximately 12 x 11' (excluding closet) with a closet * Bright on 2nd floor with a large window * Not furnished, so you can bring your own stuff. * You only need to share a shower in a full bathroom (across your room) with one roommate. There are two sinks and a door that separates the sink area from the shower/toilet. There is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs as well * Street parking -- PLENTY of parking on street in front of the house. Very safe private neighborhood. About the house: * 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms * There will be 3 occupants total - you, another roommate, and me * Laundry room inside the house * 5-10 minutes to 84 and 580 freeway. * 10-15 minutes away from everything (LL-Labs, Sandia, Workday, SF Premium Outlets, Downtown, wineries, 24 hour fitness gym, Las Positas College) Rent, deposit, and lease: * $1050/month PER ROOM which includes trash, and high speed WiFi (PG&E and water will be split). * $500 security deposit to be paid at move-in * Rent paid within first 3 days of the month and prorated for move-in month * Month-to-month lease or 6-month lease at your will - either option with 30 day notice if you decide to leave or if I decide to terminate the lease House privileges: Laundry, kitchen, dining room, living room, common areas, backyard, etc. Over time, I will continue to add amenities such as a TV, etc. If interested, please provide a brief description of yourself and leave your contact info (phone & email) and I will respond back to you ASAP if I think you will be a good fit.
