Looking for a renter to take over my lease at Aztec Corner apartments over the summer. My roommate is also looking for someone to take over her lease, so if you're a pair of friends (girls only) looking for summer housing this is the perfect room for you! Earliest move in date is May 16, 2019 and lease will end July 31, 2019 (so a little under the month availability listed). Two other girls will occupy the other room in the apartment, but both rooms have their own bathroom. - The $25 down payment is just the cost of applying online for Aztec Corner - Rooms are furnished with two full sized beds, desks, storage for clothes (drawers, dresser), with closet - Living room is fully furnished with T.V. and kitchen is fully equipped - Wi-Fi, water, utilities are provided by Aztec Corner. The only thing you'll have to pay separate from rent is gas/electricity through SDG&E (Cost ranges from $10-$25 per person). - Great location and is a short walking distance from SDSU.
