From July 1st - August 31st. Charming 2-bedroom apartment in renovated, pre-war building. 950 square feet. Nice, working appliances and fixtures, hardwood floors, and large living room space. The rooms (pictured) come furnished, both with a full sized bed, desk, storage dresser, and closet. One shared bathroom. The building features: Secure Intercom access It is opposite a community garden and located on a residential street. We are located off of Lenox Ave, very close to shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and two blocks away from the Harlem YMCA. 3 blocks away from a KeyFoods supermarket, and one subway stop away from the brand new Whole Foods coming in less than a month. 2 blocks from the excellent 2 and 3 trains. The 4, 5, 6 and A,B,C,D lines are also within walking distance. A 20 min walk to the Metro North on 125th Street. We are two musicians who will be out of NY and traveling over the summer, so we are looking to fill both of the rooms (separately or together). So far both rooms are available. We are non-smokers.
