Hi, my name is Kyla! I graduate from FIDM at the end of March, so I'm looking for a female (all female apartment unit) that is attending school to take over my lease starting on April 1st, 2017. My lease ends 7/1/2017 (You could stay longer past that date however when you renew). I live in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that overlooks the pool. I share my room (the room you'd be staying in) with a USC student, Tracy, (easy to get along with, clean, almost never home). Our room has two beds and a bathroom, the living room is completely furnished and has a washer and dryer. I have a great parking spot in the garage, as well! The Lorenzo is where I'm staying!
