Why are you looking for a renter? I’m trying to find a girl to take over my lease at the SOVA apartment complex for Spring 2020. I have bedroom B in a 4x4 D1 plan and 3 very nice/clean roommates. Rent is only $744 a month and utilities are included up to a generous amount!! Message me for any information if you’re interested!! What do you love about this place? This apartment is completely furnished and move-in ready. This is the first year this complex has been opened and it was just built last year. Very clean, nice community. Only 5 minutes max from Kennesaw State University, near a Walmart, down the road from Town Center shopping mall, and many other restaurants and shops. Perfect location for students in the Kennesawarea if you're transferring into the Spring semester What isn't so great about this place? Parking is available in parallel spots along the street, but the parking garage has many reserved spots for other residents. Parking late at night can take awhile to find a spot, but it is doable!
