I'm subletting my single room in International House from January 2017 to May 2017. The rate for the spring semester will be $8,946 - the rate for a Regular Single (including all meals in the I House dining hall and money to the I House Cafe): http://ihouse.berkeley.edu/applicants/rates.php. Any potential subletters MUST be affiliated with UC Berkeley (graduate students, visiting scholars preferred and undergrads may be considered). I House is a wonderful community and a great place to live in Berkeley! The building has its own library, dining hall, and community facilities and events.
