Private room in Stanford, CA

Why are you looking for a renter? Hello! I'm subletting my beautiful, spacious room in a Munger 4BD quad for the summer! The apartment is on the third floor, so it's really quiet and peaceful during the day. The room itself is enormous (the largest in the apartment!), has two large eastern-facing window looking over a green space, and gets a ton of light.The room comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, a large desk, bookshelves, and a huge closet. The room also has a full bathroom (and the apartment has a separate guest bathroom as well). The apartment is lovely, light-filled, and very quiet-- we have a great view of Hoover Tower from the windows! It comes fully-furnished, and we'll leave most of our kitchen stuff behind as well. The room is available from June 7 to September 22. I'm looking for someone who's willing to commit to paying at least three months of rent ($4704 for the summer), so I unfortunately can't accommodate significantly shorter stays! Looking for someone who is clean and respectful of common spaces. You must be a Stanford affiliate to rent this apartment, and you cannot be a current undergraduate-- the rules are really strict, so I can't make any exceptions on this. I'd strongly prefer to sublet to women, but would welcome inquiries from tidy, respectful guys as well. I live in a four-bedroom apartment and my roommates are all trying to sublet for the summer as well, so please reach out if you're trying to live with friends!
