Upscale student living. I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the Lorenzo apartments for next month! The apartments are next to usc and 5 to 10 minutes away from FIDM with a free shuttle that will take you to and from class! My Rent is $984 which does includes utilities and Lorenzo has very nice amenities. They have 2 gyms, gym classes, free food on Tuesdays and Thursdays, multiple pools etc. Our apartment is fully furnished and I live with three awesome girls!
