What are you looking for in a tenant?

I’m looking for an amazing tenant who’ll love this apartment as much as I do. Not only is it in an amazing neighborhood of Brooklyn (Crown Heights) — which holds character & culture — but the apartment itself has been a safe-haven, especially during this years pandemic. I’m looking for CLEAN, respectful, and communicative tenant(s) who’ll treat this place like their own.

What do you love about this place?

This apartment has everything one could want! Located in a newly constructed building (2019), the apartment unit itself has its own W/D (in unit, a dish-washer (for the days when you’d rather not wash your dishes), a south-facing private balcony/terrace to get fresh air with an amazing, unobstructed view, and not to mention you’d have the entire unit to yourself. The apt. gets wonderful (though not overwhelming) natural light, and it comes fully furnished. The building also provides access to a full gym (which is 99% of the time empty!), 2 large elevators, car and biking parking, and a dedicated/key accessible mail-room. I’ve taken great care to curate this apartment and hope you’ll enjoy it!

What isn't so great about this place?

There’s not much that isn’t so great about this apartment, except the fact that it is a 12 minute walk to the nearest train station (2, 3, 4, 5 train lines)
