Entire place in Kent, OH

Why are you looking for a renter? If anyone is interested in moving to KENT: (unsure about move in date but we are trying to leave as soon as possible). My 2 roommates and I are moving out of Campus Pointe apartments this upcoming January. We have 3 bedrooms available in a 3 bedroom apartment, all include closets and personal bathrooms. Rent is 700 a month PER PERSON. 2100 total in a very nice apartment with parking included and fully furnished with utilities included. Washer and dryer/dishwasher in unit. Cable and wifi included--also pet friendly with a nice pool open in the summer time. The lease is from January-June. Message me for more details/photos if you are interested! What do you love about this place? Campus Pointe apartments are extremely nice, modern, furnished, with cable, wifi, and other amazing amenities included. It is in a great location near many gas stations, food places, and even a church. If you are a college student it is about a 7 minute drive from campus, if you cannot drive there are busses that come to the apartment that take you directly to campus.This apartment is beautiful and extremely modern. What isn't so great about this place? Being college studends my roomates and I can barely afford rent being 2100 split three ways each month
