Why are you looking for a renter? I will not be attending the University of Arizona in the spring and need someone to take over my lease. The lease includes both bedrooms and bathrooms. The unit is already furnished, ​and I am willing to include kitchen equipment(pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, and Keurig) What do you love about this place? Clean, great location, Suntran access in front of the ​building, quiet, terrific amenities, pet-friendly, safe community, and City of Tucson parking garage below the building What isn't so great about this place? A short​ distance away from campus but is made up for by the Suntran and Downtown amenities.
