My roommate and I are looking to sublease our apartment from May 15th (or so) to August 1st. The apartment is furnished (I will include a complete list of amenities below) and is in great condition. The 2 bedroom apartment comfortably lives 2-4 people depending on whether you prefer a private or shared bedroom. You have the option of Twin XL beds or double beds for each room. Both rooms have large closet spaces and extra storage under the beds. Each room has its own bathroom complete with a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. There is a large living room with a black leather couch, a large side chair, a coffee table, an entertainment center and a 42" flat screen TV with cable. There is a dining area with a dinner table and seats 5+. The unit has a full sized washer and dryer and a complete kitchen with granite counter tops. The apartment has a beautiful view of the downtown skyline. The building has a large pool and heated Jacuzzi with a view, a great gym, tanning beds, a large rec room and several private study rooms on each floor. West 27th Place is located a block from USC's greek row and is surrounded by places to eat. The building is only a few blocks from USC's campus. We are asking $4,000 a month or $2,000 per room (each room fits 2) which is less than the building lists as their rent (West charges $4,600+) but we are willing to work with that price.
