I'm relocating and need to sublet my room in a 2-bedroom Flex apartment in Ritz Plaza (48th & 8th Ave). The lease runs until the end of May and you have the option to renew. The room is a flex bedroom (1-foot gap between top of wall and ceiling) with a private balcony which has beautiful city view. The apartment is a 2 bedroom flex on the 9th floor. The location is super convenient, steps away from 1/2/3/N/R/W/A/C/E. And there're many good restaurants near by in Hell's kitchen. Ritz plaza has doorman, laundry in the building, gym (including yoga classes etc.), lounge (including breakfast), rooftop, etc. Your roommate is a professional in her late 20s who likes to keep things quiet at home. We are looking for a young professional in her 20s or 30s, have a stable income, responsible, and clean. No deposit/fee is required for the sublease, but you need to submit an application to the leasing office (they'll run background check).
