See attached floorplan photo if curious about which room (it's the largest/rightmost one). * Rent negotiable * Will cover my/our half of May * WILL NEED TO CONDUCT VIA TUSCANY APARTMENTS SUBLEASE PROCESS (if you're committed we'll be sending over forms that you'll need to sign which we'll deliver to Tuscany!) What do you love about this place? * Great walking distance to USC * Close to the metro so getting around is a breeze even without a car * If you do have a car parking is extremely convenient * Easy access to restaurants & coffee shops downstairs * Our apartment is inside the complex so you're pretty isolated from any Figueroa noise * We haven't used to its fullest but it's very spacious and could be very well decorated! What isn't so great about this place? * It is a shared space! So unless you're taking both, it's highly likely that you'll be sharing the spaces with another person. (If this is the case, we'll absolutely connect you two and make sure everything's up to your guys' standards) * The elevator nearest our apartment has been out of commission for the last 3 months (Tuscany told us they'd have it fixed within the first but nothing's changed)
