Entire place in Tuscaloosa, AL

Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving to Birmingham for work and looking for someone to take my lease at Lark Tuscaloosa (not Lark in the Woods). The apartment is move-in ready What do you love about this place? Water and wifi are included in the rent, but the power bill is pretty cheap and not through Alabama Power. The building's right next to Aldi with shuttles to campus every hour, plus pool, gym, lounge, computers with printer access etc...I haven't had any issues with people being loud or maintenance problems like you usually get with off-campus student housing. The apartment itself has a laundry room, private bathroom, walk-in closet, comes pre-furnished and is significantly larger than the apartment they use for the tours. Pets are allowed. What isn't so great about this place? Lark is a really nice place to live, I've been here for 2 years and was planning on 3 but I now have to move on. In my time here, I have had relatively no problem, but very rarely the fire alarms would go off due to a college student over cooking raman or something. This happens very rarely, but this does happen.
