Why are you looking for a renter? LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE OVER MY LEASE AT THE VERTEX I am an ASU student who is moving back home for the summer. I need someone to take over my lease for the summer. I live in a 4 bedroom/4 bath. You will get your own room and bathroom. The kitchen and living room are shared. There is cable/wifi and in-unit wash and dryer. GIRLS ONLY!!! The price is negotiable!!! What do you love about this place? I currently live with 3 other girls and two dogs. They are great girls and the dogs and are well behaved. It's a great location. Close by to campus and the light rail. The apartment complex has a gym/pool/clubhouse. Well maintained. What isn't so great about this place? Nothing, I enjoyed living here this school year!
