Private room in VCU, VA

Hello, I am looking for someone (a girl) that I can sublet my apt to and take over my lease at Ramz Apartments before January if possible (I'm starting grad school soon elsewhere, so I won't be in the area anymore). It's on W Broad St (next to Barnes & Noble, above Qdoba and Five Guys), walking distance to the VCU campus. It is furnished, and everything (internet, cable, electricity, water, garbage) is included in the rent ($729/month, but price is negotiable); there are laundry rooms in the building and there's 24/7 security. It's a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment unit so you'll be sharing the kitchen, living room, and bathroom with an existing roommate (she's nice and chill). My lease ends July 2017, by the way.
