Why are you looking for a renter? Our roommate decided to move to California, so we're looking for someone to fill her room. My other roommate Mat is really friendly and easygoing and we have a great dynamic. We're looking for someone who's a good fit to live with us. What do you love about this place? There are so many things I love about this place. It's close to some great bars and restaurants, and the neighborhood is really great overall. The apartment is super modern and updated, and conveniently located between the L train at Dekalb and the M train at Knickerbocker. I’ve lived in the apartment for almost 4 years and I love that we get tons of natural sunlight from the skylight. It’s a really warm and inviting space. What isn’t so great about this place? We don't have laundry in the building, but there are a couple laundromats a block away and others that offer free pickup and delivery. Also, your room is the smallest (still fits a Queen size bed) and has a low ceiling. It is also the least expensive to account for this.
