Why are you looking for a renter? I am going back home for the winter semester which is 10 hours away so I need someone to sublease the rest of my lease. What do you love about this place? I'm looking for someone to sublease my room at The Alpine Student Living apartments. It is about 1 mile away from Grand Valley State University so it is a great place to live for college students. The units come fully furnished with private bathrooms, walk-in closets, and a flatscreen TV. It also comes decked out with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen! The Alpine has a lot of amenities to make you love it. There is a pool, a hot tub, and a clubhouse with a pool table, table tennis, a bunch of flatscreen TVs and a free Starbucks machine! There is free tanning, a study room with free computers to use and free printing. It also comes with a 24-hour fitness gym.
