Private room in Northside, MI

Why are you looking for a renter? I'm a UMich student leaving Ann Arbor in May, so I'm looking to sublease my Courtyards apartment. What do you love about this place? Courtyards is one of the best places to live on North Campus. It comes with your private connected bathroom so you don't have to leave your own bedroom. Additionally my lease comes with a parking space right outside of the apartment so it saves you lots of trouble finding a parking space if you would like to bring a vehicle with you. What isn't so great about this place? The only thing not so great about courtyards is that the sound insulation is not the best. The walls are a little too thin.
