Private room in Carbondale, IL

Why are you looking for a renter? I am heading to Arizona. Since I am not staying there, naturally, I would like to not continue paying rent. What do you love about this place? It is close to school and has a gated parking area with enough space for anyone to have multiple vehicles. There's also space for pets to run around outside. There's also a nice clubhouse with a pool and beach volleyball court. You get your own bathroom. What isn’t so great about this place? The internet goes out. Not frequently but often enough to where I can say it can be annoying. The electric bill is the only utility you pay but it is added up from all your roommates and then split evenly between you and your roommates. This is bad if you don't use as much electricity as they do.
