The apartment is available for sublease at any time, the sooner the better. There are three other roommates that live here (females), and they are very friendly. Peaceful apartment and very clean as well. You will have your own room and sink, but you will share a restroom with the person in the next room. The apartment includes a washer and dryer. It is fully furnished. The Ridge at North Texas has a pool, fitness center, and a game room that is available to residents. It is close to UNT and there is a shuttle that stops outside the apartment to take student to UNT.
