We are a fraternity located across the street from UCLA looking for college students, both men and women, in need of summer housing. Our house offers many amenities including a pool, full kitchen that can be used by tenants, free utilities (internet, gas, power, water, laundry), and an atmosphere perfect for college students working in Los Angeles over summer. The vast majority of our tenants work full time or take classes during the summer, so this won't be a party all the time environment. We have a professional cleaning service that comes once a week and cleans all common areas of the house. Our general room rates are as follows: Triple Room: $550 per month Double Room: $600 per month Small Single: $700 per month (fits twin bed, desk, dresser) Large Single: $800 per month (fits full bed, desk, couch, dresser) Parking: $125 per month -Free utilities -Free laundry -Every tenant gets keys to their individual rooms We are open for summer rental beginning SUNDAY, JUNE 18th and end our summer housing period on the 16th of September.
