Private room in New York, NY

This is a 2nd floor walkup in a beautiful hardwood floor apartment. Close to the new Q line in a residential area with lots of families. Great room with lots of sunlight (no building across the street to block light) and great closet space. There is a cable line to hook up a TV in the bedroom. There are three bedrooms total, with two great mid-20s women in the other two rooms. Both work full time, are quiet and rarely have guests. Wifi/cable/electricity is usually less than $100 per month. This is a sublet from June 1st till end of August (the roommates may be open to signing on again with the right roommate). The lease holder has been in this apartment for 3 years. NOTE: This room has its own entrance from the main apartment hallway (you cross the hallway to the main apartment). The layout offers full privacy, I wouldn't leave unless I had to! I'm open to selling some of the furniture in the room if you want to avoid moving furniture (bookshelf, bedframe, etc.).
