Why are you looking for a renter? I need to move for a new job and need someone to take over my lease for April and May. You can easily renew a lease with the landlord in June to stay longer. The apartment is absolutely wonderful and I would love to stay if I could! What do you love about this place? Quiet, tree-lined Upper West Side block with classic brownstones. Great size apartment, beautiful brick wall and amazing storage (multiple large closets and a storage loft in the bedroom). Walk right down the block to Central Park or down Columbus for shopping, restaurants and nightlife. 5 minute walk to the B or C subway. Great building with friendly neighbors. Pet friendly (all dogs welcome, no size or breed restrictions.) *Note $2850 is the monthly rent for the full apartment unfurnished. The apartment can stay fully furnished through May for an additional $200 per month.
