Private room in Tempe, AZ

Hey everyone! I'm subleasing my apartment room at the Vertex Apartments from January till July 31st. There are currently three other guys who live here. It is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment on the 5th floor with a beautiful view from the balcony. You would have your own room and bathroom and I have one of the nicest rooms in the complex for the same rate as all the others. It comes with a memory foam mattress, WiFi, 50" flat screen TV, private bathroom, and 9 foot ceilings. It is also within walking distance of the ASU Tempe campus. I'm willing to sublease asap meaning that I could even sublease it as soon as January.
