Why are you looking for a renter? I have to move out of my house as soon as possible, my girlfriend and I are trying in to move in together in a different apartment as she got into TCC’s nursing school for spring as planned. What do you love about this place? Huge balcony Large bathrooms Big closets Big TV in the living room Really nice pool area Free parking Close to campus Gym access Movie theatre in the club house Game room in the club house Table tennis 8 ball pool Emergency maintenance What isn't so great about this place? Honestly nothing is bad about this place. Probably one of the best places to live at, if close to TCC and somewhat close to FSU. Very good pricing and you get what you pay for.
