How do I ask a question about a listing?

Every listing on Apartment App will have an Ask a question button:

Use this button to send a question over to the lister of the unit. You'll get an email as soon as your question is answered. You can also review all of your questions here.

A word about contact information

The listing question system is designed to allow interested renters to easily and safely ask clarifying questions about a listing. Neither side will see any identifying information about the other.

We do not allow the exchanging of contact information via listing questions or answers. Listing questions or answers with contact information may be removed.

Users that have applied to a listing will have access to a private chat thread with the lister.
